Terms of use & privacy
SMS terms & privacy
For expected, direct conversations about the work we do together.
This policy explains how Technology Transition Paradigm, LLC, doing business as Transition Paradigm, uses text messaging with established clients and how you can manage your preferences.
What we text about
Our employees use individually assigned business telephone numbers for low-volume, one-to-one conversations about IT support, troubleshooting, arranging a time to talk, and coordination of services we already provide.
We do not use this service for marketing or advertising. We do not send promotional campaigns, affiliate marketing, unsolicited prospecting, bulk messages, automated alerts, or API-driven business messages through this service.
Messages are written by an employee, apart from the service’s standard opt-in, opt-out, and help replies.
Your consent
Permission for client calls and texts may be documented in the applicable client agreement or in another explicit request or agreement to receive SMS. Our texts are limited to the agreed client communications; an existing relationship is not permission for unrelated messages.
You may decline or withdraw permission for SMS at any time. You can continue communicating with us by phone or email. These SMS terms do not replace the service terms in your client agreement.
Message frequency & costs
Message frequency varies with your conversations and support needs. Standard message and data rates may apply under your mobile carrier’s plan.
Transition Paradigm does not charge a separate fee for this texting service.
Stop, restart, or get help
- STOP
- Reply STOP to stop messages from the employee number you are communicating with. You will receive an opt-out confirmation and no further messages from that number unless you opt in again.

- HELP

Keyword opt-outs apply to each employee’s sending number. For a company-wide request, contact us so we can record and communicate your preference to the relevant staff. You may also request an opt-out by phone or email.
SMS privacy
How we use messaging information
We use your mobile number, messaging preferences, consent records, and message content to provide the requested client communications, respond to you, and administer the messaging service.
No marketing sharing
Mobile opt-in information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell or rent SMS contact information, opt-in data, or consent.
Service providers and legal requirements
We may share information with Microsoft, messaging platform providers, telephone carriers, and service providers only as needed to operate and deliver the messaging service, or as required by law.
Any general referral language in our website privacy policy does not authorize sharing SMS opt-in information or consent for marketing or promotional purposes.
Keep sensitive information out of SMS
Do not send passwords, verification codes, payment-card details, or other sensitive credentials by text. Ask your Transition Paradigm contact for an approved secure channel instead.
For privacy practices outside this SMS service, see our general privacy policy.
